Let's talk

What do you need?

Tell us what you need. Here are the different ways to reach us:

Write to us right here

Free and with
no strings.

Shall we review your website? Your tools? Tell us what you need us to solve.

Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 20:00 (Canary Islands time)

We reply the same working day. We never pass your details to anyone.

Who will answer you

There is a person behind this website, not a form.

My name is David Rodríguez and Solucionec is my own project. When you write to the form, I am the one who answers. There is no switchboard, no support account and no «your ticket is number 4471».

I have spent more than twelve years working in digital, in large media companies and in much smaller ones. I started out in Los Angeles, running the website, the online communities and customer acquisition for an American company.

Next steps

What happens when you hit send.

What comes next.

  1. We read you the same working day

A person will answer you, not a bot, because that is what it takes to understand what you need.

  2. We propose 45 minutes

By phone, video call or over a coffee if you are nearby. We go through what you have and what you need, and we tell you what to fix first.

  3. We send you a quote with no strings

We will propose everything you actually need, with a fixed price in writing.

Frequently asked questions

Before you write to us.

Do you work with clients outside the Canary Islands?

Yes. We are in Gran Canaria and we work remotely with clients across Spain and abroad. The process is the same wherever you are: you tell us what you need, we send you a fixed quote and from there we talk by video call, phone or WhatsApp.

How long do you take to reply?

The same working day. If you write on a Friday afternoon or a public holiday, you will have it on Monday morning.

What happens to my data?

It is used to handle your enquiry and send you our proposal, and nothing else. We never pass it on to anyone for commercial purposes. You have the detail in our Privacy Policy.
