Legal information
Below you will find who is behind this website and the terms on which you may use it.
In compliance with article 10 of Spanish Act 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following identifying details are hereby stated:
This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the website solucionec.com (hereinafter, the WEBSITE), as well as the liabilities arising from such use.
The WEBSITE serves an informational and commercial purpose: it presents the services we provide, their general terms and their guide prices, and offers a form through which you can request information or a free preliminary assessment.
Browsing the WEBSITE confers the status of USER and implies full acceptance of this Legal Notice, of the Privacy Policy and of the Cookie Policy in the version published at the time of access. If you do not agree with any of their clauses, we ask that you do not use the WEBSITE.
Access to the WEBSITE is free of charge. No prior registration or payment of any kind is required in order to consult its contents, other than the cost of the connection the USER has contracted with their own provider. The USER undertakes to use the WEBSITE diligently, in accordance with the law, good faith and this Legal Notice, and to provide truthful information in any forms they complete. The USER is responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide to us and for notifying us of any changes.
SOLUCIONEC may modify the presentation, configuration and contents of the WEBSITE at any time and without prior notice, including the services offered and their guide prices, as well as this Legal Notice. Such modifications shall not affect services already contracted, which shall be governed by the terms accepted at the time.
The following is expressly prohibited:
Failure to comply with these prohibitions may result in access being denied and, where appropriate, in the corresponding legal action being taken. The USER shall be liable for any damage or loss that their improper use causes to SOLUCIONEC or to third parties.
All the contents of the WEBSITE — text, photographs, illustrations, graphic design, navigation structure, source code, trade marks and trade names — belong to SOLUCIONEC or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property legislation. Access to the WEBSITE does not grant the USER any right over such contents.
Their reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation without the prior written authorisation of the rights holder is prohibited. Viewing and downloading for personal and private use is permitted, as is partial quotation provided the source is stated and a link to the WEBSITE is included.
Regarding the work we carry out for our clients: ownership of the developments, designs and contents produced to order is governed by the terms agreed in the corresponding quotation or contract, not by this Legal Notice. As a general rule, upon completion of the engagement and once payment has been received in full, the client receives ownership of the result and of the associated access credentials, domains and accounts.
Any trade marks, logos and trade names belonging to clients or to third parties that may appear on the WEBSITE are the property of their respective owners and are shown for identification or illustration purposes only, without implying any sponsorship or endorsement.
The amounts published are guide prices, are stated exclusive of indirect taxes, and are expressly identified where they correspond to a recurring fee. As SOLUCIONEC is established in the Canary Islands, the applicable indirect tax is IGIC, without prejudice to the regime applicable according to the client's place of establishment and the nature of the service.
Services are contracted outside the WEBSITE, through the client's acceptance of an individual quotation. That quotation, together with the service level agreement where one exists, sets out the scope, price, timescales, exclusions and the terms of renewal and termination, and prevails over any information published on the WEBSITE.
Where the client qualifies as a consumer, Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 shall apply and, in particular, the right of withdrawal on the terms notified to them before contracting.
The WEBSITE may contain links to third-party pages. SOLUCIONEC neither controls nor is responsible for their contents, their privacy policies or their practices. The inclusion of a link does not imply any relationship, approval or recommendation.
Anyone may link to the WEBSITE provided they do so to its home page or to a complete internal page, without reproducing its contents, without using frames or techniques that create confusion as to the origin of the content, and without making false or inaccurate statements about SOLUCIONEC.
SOLUCIONEC endeavours to keep the WEBSITE available and up to date, but does not guarantee its permanent availability and continuity or the absence of errors. It may suspend access for maintenance, updating or improvement work, giving prior notice where reasonably possible.
Liability is excluded for damage arising from the unavailability of the WEBSITE, from the presence of viruses or harmful elements introduced by third parties, from improper use of the site by USERS, and from the content of linked pages.
The information published about services, timescales and prices is indicative and does not constitute professional advice or a binding offer.
Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, in particular towards consumers.
The processing of personal data collected through the WEBSITE is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Act 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), on the terms set out in the Privacy Policy.
The use of cookies and similar technologies is described in the Cookie Policy, from which you can change your choice at any time.
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.
Where the USER qualifies as a consumer, the courts of their place of residence shall have jurisdiction and the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of habitual residence within the European Union shall apply. In all other cases, the parties submit to the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
