What you get
It does not break all at once: a dead link, an old phone number, an out-of-date legal notice, an expired certificate, photos that no longer show what you do. And then one day a customer rings to tell you it is not working.
Continuous improvement is exactly the opposite:
Someone looking at your website or app every month, even when you have forgotten it exists

What is included
Domain and renewals watched, certificates, backups held off the server, downtime monitoring...
Text changes, technical updates, broken links and errors, loading speed, legal notice kept current...
Monthly traffic report, technical audits, proposals for growing in Google and the improvements actually applied.
Also if the site is not ours
They hand the site over, twelve months go by, and suddenly nobody answers or the price has doubled.
If you said yes to two of those, you have an ownership problem, not a technical one.
Whose name the domain is in, where it is hosted, which access details you need, which versions and plugins it has if any, whether the form arrives, how it performs, how you stand in Google...
With that report in front of us we give you a fixed quote. Domain in your name, updates applied and working, and backups verified and within reach.
Once the site is yours and healthy, you can stay on the monthly agreement or take it to whoever you prefer. Both are fine and neither offends us.
About the Kit Digital
The Spanish Kit Digital grant funds the website and obliges the digitalisation agent to provide service and support for twelve months.
After that there is no lock-in on either side: the domain, the hosting and the maintenance become your responsibility, and support ends unless you sign something new.
No, we do not offer the Kit Digital. We do not want to trap you with a low price and charge you double the following year, which is the pattern we have run into far too often. We would rather hold on to you with good service from day one, the price in front of you and peace of mind for you and your wallet. If you already have a site built with the grant and you have been left with nobody looking after it, that we will take on.
Tiers
If a provider hides the price from you it is because they are going to sell you projects, not service. It is billed monthly with no lock-in: if one day you do not find it useful, you give 15 days' notice and that is that. We would rather you stayed because you want to.

What each step includes is explained in full on its own page: SEO positioning and AI visibility. The monthly work is delivered as one report and one invoice. No VAT: the Canary Islands are excluded from the scope of VAT (art. 3 of Spanish VAT Law 37/1992). Terms and conditions of the services are available here.
Day to day
Small changes are asked for the way normal things are asked for: a message.
How many people came in, where they came from, what they looked at and what we suggest changing.
Billed monthly. If one day you do not find it useful, you give 15 days' notice and that is that.
Behind these commitments sits the framework of the Service Management Institute (SMI®): that is where the difference between an incident and a request, the escalation path and the report come from. It is not a badge for the website, it is why this actually gets done.
Questions
Let's start with something simple
Send us your website address and who looks after it now. With that we check the domain, the hosting, the backups and the certificates before quoting. If you do not know whose name the domain is in or you do not have the access details, that is not a problem: finding out is the first part of the job.
