How we work
So you know what you are getting into before you say yes.
It sounds complicated and it isn't. All we need is your idea, a site you like as a reference and a couple of competitors' sites so we can see what your sector is doing around here — and we start working through the options.
We look at your business and set out in writing what we think fits you best, with every service included and at a fixed price. We keep insisting on this, because it isn't the norm.
We don't charge ahead blindly: we draw a mock-up and send it over to confirm we have understood what is in your head, and from there we work through to the final project you were after.
We publish the final version, but that doesn't mean it is the end or that we vanish. You get 15 days for any adjustment you need, free and with no strings, and if you want we can carry on with our monthly management.

Yes. We are based in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and we work remotely with clients across Spain and abroad. The process is the same wherever you are: you tell us what you need, we send you a fixed quote and from there we talk by video call, phone or WhatsApp.

No. We write the code ourselves in native HTML5, so there are no plugins that expire and no annual licences turning up six months in, and we don't depend on anyone else to fix anything.
Yes. Once the project is finished and paid for, the client receives ownership of the result and of the associated access credentials, domains and accounts. You have it in writing in our legal notice.
